Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aqq9 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at aqq9.vip and all associated mobile-optimised URLs ("the Platform"). The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with and be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. aqq9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. These Terms must be read together with aqq9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and aqq9.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the aqq9 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or engaging in casino play.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of aqq9, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the aqq9 Platform or had an account closed by aqq9 for breach of these Terms.

aqq9 takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the time of registration, aqq9 may request documentary evidence of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of age when requested will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any funds held in the account will be retained pending compliance review.

If aqq9 discovers at any point that a user is or was below the age of 18 at the time of registration, aqq9 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining deposits in accordance with applicable procedures. aqq9 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of services on aqq9, you must register a personal account. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify aqq9 promptly if any of your registered details change. aqq9 reserves the right to request verification of any information you provide at any time during the life of your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aqq9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aqq9 will never ask you to disclose your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify aqq9 immediately at [email protected].

aqq9 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via one-time password (OTP) for additional account protection. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. aqq9 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your aqq9 account at any time by contacting the support team. aqq9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if it determines that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. In such cases, aqq9 may withhold funds pending investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

aqq9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals from players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). International card payments via Visa or Mastercard may also be available subject to periodic eligibility review.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by aqq9, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your aqq9 account balance instantly, in real time. aqq9 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Funds deposited into your aqq9 account may only be used for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games on the Platform. Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. aqq9 does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to Bangladeshi banks are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. aqq9 does not impose withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply charges.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, aqq9 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your payment method. This requirement is in place to protect against fraud and money laundering and is a condition of withdrawal processing.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on aqq9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aqq9 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is initiated in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction; aqq9 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions

aqq9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the bonus offer page. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds are non-withdrawable. aqq9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or irregular play patterns is detected.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets in patterns that exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"); and using prohibited strategies to circumvent wagering requirements. aqq9 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 Modifications to Promotions

aqq9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively subject to wagering, unless there is evidence of abuse associated with the claim.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the aqq9 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree to the following obligations and restrictions:

6.1 Obligations

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration and throughout the life of your account.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
• Notify aqq9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Engage with the Platform's responsible gaming tools if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh regarding online gambling activities.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aqq9 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward aqq9 staff, agents, or other users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained via such means will be voided.

aqq9 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund withholding, and reporting to relevant authorities — in response to any violation of these obligations. Where criminal conduct is suspected, aqq9 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aqq9 Platform — including but not limited to the aqq9 brand name, logo, graphical assets, website design, user interface elements, software code, written content, game names, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of aqq9 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aqq9 Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not confer upon you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aqq9.

Game content available on the aqq9 Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All rights in such content remain with the respective studio or licensor. aqq9 makes no representations regarding ownership of such third-party content.

Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: loss of funds through gambling activity; technical failures or interruptions to the Platform; unauthorised access to your account; reliance on information published on the Platform; or decisions made based on odds or game outcomes.

aqq9's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aqq9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aqq9 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, regulatory, or operational reasons, without notice and without liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by aqq9's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to aqq9's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and aqq9 through direct communication shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution, unless you and aqq9 agree otherwise in writing.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aqq9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
